The Service Advisor, Howie Rosenberg, was so very helpful and friendly from the minute I dropped my MINI off until the work was done, paid and delivered. We had a road service replacement of the battery 18 months ago. Tried to start the Mini last week and it was dead. Called Vista, spoke with Casey and arranged to have them look at it. Bottom line, they gave us a loaner for the day, and found a loose connection - cost to us? $0.00.
